• Emergency First Aid Basics
  Urgent actions to maintain breathing and circulation.
• First Aid for Unconscious Persons
  Recognizing unconsciousness, recovery position, opening airways.
• Basic Resuscitation (CPR)
  Steps of CPR and defibrillator use.
  Practical training with resuscitation manikins.
• Airway Obstructions
  Heimlich maneuver and back blows for adults and children.
• Circulatory Shock
  Signs of shock and proper first aid.
• Wounds
  Cleaning, dressing, and applying pressure bandages.
• Medical Emergencies
  Most common conditions (diabetes, epilepsy) and their first aid.
• Burns and Electrical Injuries
  First aid for burns and electric shock.
