Training objectives
The training does not aim to develop the participant into an expert in customer service or well-being, but to provide them with easily applicable basic skills that will help in everyday work and coping. The objectives are divided into three areas.

The participant will gain ways to create pleasant and consistent customer encounters, act constructively in challenging situations and understand the driver’s role as a representative of the company’s brand.
2. Workplace well-being and recovery
The training offers practical tips for stress management, recovery and phasing out workdays so that energy and vitality remain at a safe level.
3. Exercise and nutrition
The training opens up everyday forms of exercise, recovery-supporting methods and nutritional principles that can help drivers improve their coping skills with small, realistic choices. There is also a podcast-style section that discusses the practical effects of healthy eating on a driver’s job.
