We at Kurssini Oy comply with the principles of Fair Play established by the Finnish Direct Marketing Association (SSML), as well as the guidelines for electronic commerce and consumer protection legislation in Finland.
Course and Pricing Information
Up-to-date information about our courses and pricing can be found on our website. All listed prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT), which is 25,5%.
Payment Options
Payments for training can be made either by invoice or in advance through the Paytrail payment service, as described below.
We offer the following online payment methods:
Bank Payments
You can make payments directly from any Finnish bank. The following banks are supported: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail acts as the payment intermediary, and the transaction is securely processed from your bank account.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express. To ensure your security, we use the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail will appear as the payee on your credit card statement and will forward the payment to us. Credit card transactions are secure, and your card information is not stored in our systems.
Mobile Payments
You can make purchases via mobile payment services such as Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass, and Siirto. These services allow payments directly from your bank account or card through a mobile app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, which can be used through any compatible app.
Payment Service Provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier directly.

Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel a pre-booked training session in writing no later than 24 hours before the start of the course. The full course fee will be charged for unattended courses that are not canceled.
