We can come to your premises, run the day fully online, or combine the two (e.g., theory online + a short hands-on session on site). A hybrid model eases calendar pressure while still enabling safe practice. We’ll choose the format that suits your group best.

A typical group is 5–20 participants, but we also run days for smaller and larger teams. The duration (½–1 day) and breaks are set in advance so everyday work can run smoothly around the training. If needed, we can split the content into multiple sessions.

Popular themes include First Aid 1 / 2, Occupational Safety Card, Hot Work Permit, Basic Fire Extinguishing, plus induction and safety days. We select the topics together and tailor the focus to your work environment. Custom emphases (e.g., customer interactions, production settings, office work) are also possible.

Where the programme includes a qualification (e.g., Driver CPC continuing education), entries and certificates are issued during the training day, course-by-course. All participants receive clear instructions and, when requirements are met, the certificate/registry entry. We’ll tell you up front what’s required.

We emphasise doing: exercises, scenarios and guided discussion turn knowledge into action. Participants receive concise notes and guidance materials they can revisit at work. The trainer also leaves tips for continued practice.
